A fan asked Cardi B if she was pregnant after watching a video of her dancing — and the rapper responded in the perfect way

  • On Friday, Cardi B posted a video to Instagram of herself dancing to an upcoming track. 
  • A fan commented on the video asking if she was pregnant.
  • “Is there maybe a Kylie Jenner secret that we need to know about lol Just asking,” the fan wrote, referring to how Jenner hid her pregnancy for nine months.
  • But the “Bodak Yellow ” rapper had the perfect response: “No b—- I’m just getting fat. Let me fat in peace,” she commented. 

People seem to be obsessed with Cardi B’s stomach. First, critics shamed her stomach hair at the Grammys. Then on Friday, the rapper posted a video to Instagram of herself dancing to an upcoming track — and someone asked if she was pregnant

But the rapper had the perfect response.

“No b—- I’m just getting fat. Let me fat in peace,” she replied, tagging the original commenter.

Cardi B’s fans are living for her sass.

“Lol.. Cardi pls fat in peace doll,” someone commented.  “Slay queen,” another person wrote.

Others are defending her against body-shamers.

“Peaceful happy fat is the best. They need to let you live ole negative a– trolls,” an Instagram user said.  “She doesn’t look pregnant… some of y’all are so pressed for attention,” one person commented.  “I just love you and you’re not fat. Lol,” another wrote. 

In a viral, pre-Grammy interview, Cardi B told E! News that she’s constantly fending off pregnancy rumors.

“Somebody’s always saying that I’m pregnant every two weeks,” she said. “So it’s just like, if y’all wanna know, ask me, I’ll tell ya.”
